Any appearance of 4DUAV Solutions Inc. on a Transport Canada list or directory does not mean Transport Canada endorses every statement, course or product we provide.
4. REGULATIONS CHANGE
Canadian aviation regulations, standards, exemptions, advisory material and Transport Canada guidance may change.
Downloadable course materials reflect information available when the applicable material was prepared or revised.
Because downloaded products remain in the purchaser's possession, 4DUAV Solutions Inc. cannot guarantee that a previously downloaded version will remain current indefinitely.
Before conducting an operation, pilots and operators must verify current requirements using applicable legislation and authoritative regulatory sources.
5. PILOT AND OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY

Training does not transfer these responsibilities to 4DUAV Solutions Inc.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF EXAMINATION OR CERTIFICATION
Purchasing, downloading, reading or completing our training does not guarantee that a student will:
- pass a Transport Canada examination;
- pass a flight review;
- obtain a pilot certificate;
- obtain an SFOC;

- receive any other regulatory approval.
Individual outcomes depend upon the student's knowledge, preparation, performance and applicable Transport Canada requirements.

8. FLIGHT REVIEWS AND PRACTICAL TRAINING
A flight review is an assessment.
Payment for a flight review does not guarantee a successful result.
4DUAV Solutions Inc. may postpone or discontinue practical activity where weather, aircraft condition, airspace, site conditions, participant preparedness or other safety considerations make continuing inappropriate.
